House Watch Program
The housewatch program was initiated to provide extra patrol of homes when residents are out of town, or will otherwise be away from their residence for an extended period of time.
Patrol Officers receive a copy of the current list at the beginning of their shift. Once a residence is added to the housewatch list, patrol officers conduct extra patrol of these houses throughout their shift.
To be added to the housewatch list, you can contact one of the precincts listed below housewatch form at the Brevard County Sheriffs Office or download the form by clicking on the link below, printing the form, filling it out legibly and return it to the nearest precinct.

You will need the following information:
- Name
- Address to be checked
- Dates of Absence
- Emergency Contact Information for Owner
- Destination Address and phone number.
- Name and Contact information of any designated key holder.
- Information about alarm systems and entry codes.
- Descriptions of vehicles that will be on premises, as well as any vehicles that will be allowed on premises in your absence (ie, caretakers, family members, etc.)
- Descriptions of any lights that will be left on, or that will be on automatic timers.
- Descriptions of any animals that will be left on premises.
