Our Mission:

  • To maintain an organized association of neighbors;
  • Look out for each other's families and property;
  • Alert police to suspicious activities or crime;
  • Keep our community a safer and better place to live.

    About Lake View Hills Community:

  • Our subdivision was developed in the late 1960s
  • Located in unincorporated North Brevard County.
  • Housing development consists of 52 houses.
  • Watch program was organized in 2006.

    Watch meeting Schedules:

  • Leader's meetings are held quarterly.
  • Community meetings are held in January and July.
