The last part of a successful Watch program is having the ability to expand. Once your neighborhood is well organized, you should seek to expand your Watch program to surrounding neighborhoods and get them to either join your watch program or start their own.
Just as it is better for your entire neighborhood to be part of a Watch program than just one street, it is even better of multiple neighborhoods are part of the Watch program. The further out you deter crime, the better off you will be.
In addition, you will have a much larger support network and be able to have activities on a much larger scale. The ultimate goal of BrevardWatch is to have a successful Watch program in every neighborhood.
